WEEKEND無事搵事做 - 整餅

無事搵事做

weekend整brownie

跟住無印嗰盒o野咁做

整溶d dark朱古力先

加milk

加egg

因唔知做餅要用unsalted嘅butter而要跑去
supermarket再買過

將所用料mix埋一齊,但整極d butter都唔溶,
搞到手都痛

再膽戰心驚咁開爐
好驚個焗爐爆炸(因為我唔識用)

焗佢18分鐘

最後整出一大件都算做可以放得落口嘅深啡色物體

我當自己成功咗~~

其實整餅係要落少少鹽提味﹐尤其是朱古力野﹐所以SALTED都OK﹐你白行了

你連煲水都唔識就已經識整餅﹐貫徹我地GROUP某幾位好友的宗旨﹐水可以唔識游但夏天一定要去石澳滑水呢味野﹐好叻女﹗
